Unemployment in North Dakota has disapeared. Oil production in the state has increased from 10,000 barrels per day, 8 years ago, to 410,000 barrels per day now. Part-time hamburger flippers are making $18 per hour!
This economic boom is spreading. Over in Youngstown OH, a steel mill is being built. One that will supply drilling pipe to oil and gas rigs in dozens of states. So much recoverable natural gas has been discovered that many companies will see soaring profits while consumers realize dramatic reductions in the real cost of living. Take the price of bread or a bottle of Cola as examples. The cost of growing wheat, corn and other agricultural products is headed for a fall. Fertilizer and diesel fuel are needed to grow crops. 80% of the cost of fertilizer is the cost of natural gas. The growth and transportaion of crops requires much diesel fuel. Corn syurp is everywhere. Workers will buy lunch with only a few minutes of earnings.
Using drilling techniques developed in North Dakota, a company in England now estimates that one particular field in England has 40 times as much natural gas as is the official estimate for the entire British Isles. One of the companies that turns coal into diesel fuel in Africa is considering turning US natural gas into liquid fuel. The first of dozens of AP1000 nuclear power plants is about to start-up in China. The cost of energy is coming down because trillions of dollars have been spent to develop new sources.
The USA is currently exporting more goods than ever before in history. Freight car loadings are soaring. Over the next couple of decades, millions of jobs will be created in heavy industry in the USA as a result of bountiful low cost fuel. The average earnings of the average worker will soar!
4G Everywhere
Fast, reliable 4G service is going to dramatically change the world. The state of Nevada is currently developing regulations that will allow cars to drive themselves. Once this and many other high tech phenomenon spread across the country, trillions of resources and hundreds of thousands of lives will be saved. Low cost tablets and other electronic, web connected devices will flood the market place.
One question for CellularSales is why will customers get their air cards at a CellularSales store? Why not pick one up on a month to month plan at Wal-Mart?
The ease of switching from one 4G phone to another will change buying patterns. On the one hand, growth in number of devices used is going to soar and growth offers huge opportunity. On the other hand, self-service might easily grow at many times the speed of full-service growth.
One action that you can take prepare for an interesting future is to set aside a few hundred dollars each month. Invest these dollars in American Companies. Spread the money around a bit and you will be amazed at how much you have accumulated 20 years hence.
